Delivery

Majestic Opals offers complimentary worldwide tracked delivery for orders over AUD $500 (inclusive of GST). Orders below $500 will incur a delivery charge of AUD $18.50. This covers delivery to anywhere in the world.

All parcels sent by Majestic Opals are insured against loss, theft, or damage during delivery. A signature is required upon delivery for added security. The estimated domestic delivery (within Australia) is between 2 - 8 working days. Worldwide delivery time is between 10 - 18 working days (this does not apply to bespoke pieces or pre-orders). Please note that some orders may experience minor delays due to COVID-19 restrictions.

 

Refunds

Majestic Opals does not perform refunds, but we do offer store credit or exchange for another item of equal or similar value. Custom-made or engraved pieces may not be returned or exchanged. Please make sure that before purchasing an opal piece from us that you are 100% confident that you absolutely love your opal. We will do everything we can to ensure that your purchase is a memorable experience.

We are happy to send more photos/videos of particular pieces and we also encourage potential customers to visit our showroom in North Adelaide - you haven't seen real opal until you have seen this collection. If physical visits are impossible, we also provide a one-on-one virtual meeting with Sophia Provatidis to ensure that you get the most out of your opal buying experience.
